BRMworks supply Inmarsat’s BGAN Radio Module (BRM), a credit card-sized core module board housing a full-duplex BGAN modem which enables Inmarsat Value Added Manufacturer (VAM) Partners to integrate BGAN connectivity into their User Terminals.

Applications

The BRM enables small, lightweight, mobile and portable terminals providing data rates at up to 492 Kbps for access to on-demand IP broadband data, guaranteed Streaming IP data averaging 650Kbps and simultaneous SMS and voice capabilities, as part of a secure, reliable and cost-effective solution. Inmarsat provides global satellite delivering services for Land, Maritime and Aero markets.
